This novel was written by Nobel Prize-winning English author William Golding and is now recognised as a twentieth century classic. It focuses on a group of British boys,that are stranded on a desert island, the only survivors from a plane crash.

A kind neighbour gave me this book to read and he based his suggestion on novels he has seen me read in the past. Never let me go has been a great company on my summer holiday. Even though I watched the film that was based on this book a few years back the read was still compeling but it is a rather sad story.
